Cj Sumner is a Certified Chef and Certified Pastry Chef through the American Culinary Federation. She attended Culinary School in Kirkland, WA.
She specializes in all kinds of goodies but she does have a great knowledge of making items that are Vegan, Paleo, Sugar Free or Diabetic Friendly, Gluten Free and Allergy Free. Plus Chef Cj also knows how to create delicious goodies.
Cj has worked in a variety of establishments in the food service industry from bakeries to restaurants and catering to teaching cooking, sushi and decorating classes at a local college.
She is also ServSafe certified and has her food handlers card to be safe all around. She truly believes safety is very important when it comes to food.
